Carpool Mindfulness

What an incredible honour it was to spend time with one of the leading figures in Mindfulness, Jon Kabat-Zinn.  His Mindfulness course (MBSR) is being taught all over the globe and his books on Mindfulness have been bestsellers since the 70's. Given that Anh and I have become so passionate about meditation and particularly Mindfulness, we were thrilled to have a back and forth conversation with Jon and really get to discuss the subjects that are important to us.  We talk about the pros and cons of social media, how we found out about Jon's incredible work, the AFH course and the Philosophy of Mindfulness. This is definitely a candidate for podcast of the year.
