Toolkit for Schools

The Toolkit for Schools is an evidence-based programme to promote the emotional wellbeing and resilience of children. There are two versions, one for ages 5-7 and the other for ages 7-11.

Happiness Clubs

Happiness Clubs for Schools and other Organisations - interactive, fun sessions where children (and adults) can learn skills to flourish and feel happier.

Children's Book

50 Ways to Feel Happy is an action-packed, illustrated book that helps children build happiness skills and develop helpful habits for their daily lives. 

For 4-5 year olds

If you are a teacher or parent who wants to introduce happiness as a practice early on, try our activity booklet. It's appropriate for individuals, groups, and classes.

For 6-12 year olds

Download our illustrated Posters for each of the 10 Keys to Happier Living. 

We have 10 Keys Bunting available in colour or black and white for colouring in. Suitable for your classroom, home or community event.

The Schools Toolkit is also appropriate for this age group.

For 11 upwards

Our team in Northampton, have created this brilliant Padlet Board, which explains the 10 Keys to Happier Living in simple terms with accessible resources.  Explore the Padlet below or view the full version

Some of our flagship Action for Happiness resources may be helpful to share with children in this age range. 

Each month, we launch an action calendar based on one of the 10 Keys, which provides simple daily actions anyone can take to create more happiness for themselves and in the world around them. 

We also provide a free online program 10 Days of Happiness. Each day for 10 days you'll receive a short video and exercise that boosts your wellbeing. It takes just a few minutes a day and by the end you will have been introduced to each of the 10 Keys.
