Welcome to the Action for Happiness Podcast! In this first episode of 2020, we are joined by Dr Kelli Harding, author of the Rabbit Effect. When Columbia University Doctor Harding began her clinical practice, she never intended to explore the invisible factors behind our health. This path led her to discover the incredible beauty of kindness and how even rabbits lived longer and were healthier the more they were shown human kindness and touch. What does that say about how negative people can really affect us, and also how our kindness and how we choose to treat others can have amazing positive effects.
