How can we stop feeling that we're not good enough?
Many of us are really hard on ourselves and struggle to feel "good enough". At this special event, counsellor and hypnotherapist Tom Fortes Mayer will share his approach to overcoming self-sabotage and highlight his unique "Three Pillars" approach.
Pillar 1: Peace - how to let go of the limiting thoughts, fears, beliefs, feelings and behaviours that are holding you back.
Pillar 2: Power - how to unleash your enormous potential and flow through life with brilliance by learning to relate to life in new ways.
Pillar 3: Purpose - how to enjoy everything that matters most by experiencing more connection, contribution and celebration.
Tom's work combines teachings from the world's ancient wisdom traditions with the latest scientifically-backed techniques for behaviour change. He asks people to question their assumptions and to try things that can feel uncomfortable to start with.
By taking part you'll learn more about why you think as you do, how to escape from the thinking that keeps you afraid, and how you can connect to a deep, lasting happiness.
