Just to remind you, all our sessions are volunteer-led and are not designed to support people currently managing very low wellbeing.
You should only book on if you:
- Have adequate care and support around you already (session leaders are not able to provide personal support)
- Feel able to participate actively in the sessions (for example, sharing how you are doing at each session and joining in discussions)
- Are willing and able to try new actions and look for positive ways forward (the sessions require a 'can-do' attitude)
