About The Speaker

Elisha Goldstein is founder of the Mindful Living Collective and the author of The Now EffectUncovering Happiness and co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook. He developed the highly impactful Uncover the Power Within coaching program helping people move from a state of stressed, anxious and overwhelmed to greater internal confidence so they can feel more freedom and enjoy life more. With his background in the corporate world he also developed the Mindfulness at Work program for eMindful.com.
