Raising Happiness in Challenging Times
What can we do to raise our happiness, especially in difficult times? And how do we raise future generations to thrive in an uncertain world and help make things better?
Coping with the challenges in our personal lives, alongside major global crises, brings huge challenges for our health, mental wellbeing and overall happiness.
At this special online event, renowned author, educator, historian and commentator Sir Anthony Seldon will explore what it means to raise happiness and why mental wellbeing is so profoundly important. He will reflect on some of the major challenges we face and the actions we can take - both personally and collectively - to improve our wellbeing and raise happiness levels, even in tough times.
Sir Anthony will also share his vision for how to raise happier children and equip our young people with the life skills to thrive and contribute to a better world. He'll encourage us to rethink our priorities and focus on what really matters, for ourselves and each other.
This conversation with Dr Mark Williamson was recorded at a live Action for Happiness event on the 27th of November 2024.
