About the speaker
Dr Elisha Goldstein is a clinical psychologist, author and leading voice in mindfulness and emotional health. He is the creator of the Emotional Longevity approach and host of The Emotional Longevity Podcast. For over 20 years, Elisha has helped people from all walks of life build calmer minds, stronger relationships and more meaningful lives. His work integrates neuroscience, psychology and mindfulness into practical tools that support real change in everyday moments. He is the author of several books on mindfulness and wellbeing, including Uncovering Happiness, and his latest book Tiny Shifts offers a compassionate, science-based guide to creating lasting change through small, intentional actions.
